How an hourly clean works

1. You choose how many hours to book.
2. You tell us what matters most, and we work down your list in that order.
3. If time runs out before the list does, the work stops at whatever you ranked last.
4. Anything on the list for another service can be part of an hourly visit. The difference is that you set the order, not the service.

Common ways people use the time

These are the requests we see most often. You are not limited to them, and you can mix them however you want.

• 3 hr Kitchen-heavy focus Appliances, counters, floors. Great for frequent cooks. Inside oven or fridge.
• 3 hr Bathrooms only (2 to 3 baths) Vanities, showers and tubs, toilets, mirrors, floors.
• 3 hr Floors only (tile or wood) Vacuum and mop all accessible areas.
• 4 hr Move-in touch-up (vacant 1 to 2BR) Surfaces, baths, kitchen wipe-down. No deep detail.
• 4 hr Guest-ready Kitchen, living room, 1 guest bath, fresh beds. Perfect before weekend company.
• 5 hr Post-event tidy Trash, dishes, surfaces, floors. Dish washing add-on may be needed.
• 5 hr Bathrooms plus kitchen detail 2 baths plus full kitchen. Most common targeted deep choice.
• 5 hr Three bathrooms plus common areas Good for 3BR homes between deep cleans.
• 6 hr Whole-home light refresh (3BR) Dust, wipe, baths, kitchen surfaces, floors. No baseboards.

How much time to book

A rough guide by home size. If you are between two, book the larger and tell us what to drop if we finish early.

• 3 hr Studio/1BR under 700 sq ft Kitchen plus 1 bath plus quick floors
• 4 hr 1BR or small 2BR under 1,000 sq ft Kitchen plus 2 baths OR kitchen plus common areas
• 5 hr 2BR targeted focus under 1,300 sq ft Kitchen plus 2 baths plus quick dust and floors
• 6 hr 2 to 3BR light refresh under 1,700 sq ft Kitchen plus 2 baths plus living areas tidy
• 7 hr 3BR targeted focus under 2,000 sq ft Kitchen plus 3 baths OR add master focus
• 8 hr 3BR or small 4BR under 2,300 sq ft Add bedrooms or deeper kitchen and bath detail
• 9 hr 3 to 4BR targeted focus under 2,700 sq ft Most high-traffic areas plus extra detailing
• 10 hr 4BR light refresh under 3,000 sq ft Whole-home light refresh, no baseboards
• 11 hr Large 4BR under 3,300 sq ft Whole-home light refresh plus extra bath focus
• 12 hr Up to 4BR focused zones under 3,700 sq ft Whole-home zones. Owners choose priorities

Add-ons you can request

These are not part of the service above. Ask for any of them when you book and we will include the time.

• Inside the fridge

  adds about 0.5 hr
  • Wipe interior shelves, drawers, and walls
  • Clean the freezer interior
  • Wipe door seals and interior trim

  Before we arrive Empty the fridge and freezer before we arrive.

• Inside the oven

  adds about 0.5 hr
  • Clean the oven interior, including the door glass
  • Remove and clean the oven racks
  • Lift baked-on residue and clear loose debris

  What this does not cover We do not run the oven self-clean cycle.

• Interior windows and blinds

  adds about 1 hr
  • Clean interior window glass
  • Wipe window frames and sills
  • Dust blinds

  What this does not cover Only what we can reach from a step stool. No exterior glass, no second-story windows, no ladders.

• Inside the cabinets

  adds about 0.5 hr
  • Wipe interior cabinet shelves and surfaces
  • Wipe inside drawers

  Before we arrive Empty the cabinets before we arrive for the best result. We clean around anything left inside.

• Dish washing

  adds about 0.5 hr
  • Rinse the dishes and load the dishwasher
  • Run the dishwasher

  What this does not cover One load. We do not unload the dishwasher.

• Baseboards

  adds about 0.5 hr
  • Hand-wipe all baseboards throughout the home
  • Clean the baseboard edges where they meet the floor
